Reservations
Reservations will always be confirmed on your account and via e-mail. Please look over your reservation on your account and your e-mails to ensure they are correct.  For the safety of your pet, please do not leave town without a confirmation.

Payment
We accept PayPal, checks, and cash.  For vacation sitting your invoice will arrive via email 7 days before the start of service with a link to PayPal. You can pay via PayPal prior to the start of your service or leave a check or cash on the counter.  Payment for daily walks are due on a pay behind schedule bi-weekly (billed on the 15th and 30th).  We request your payment in full within 5 days of receiving your invoice.

Visit Times
You can select a time block when you book services.  We make every effort to honor your request.

Daily walks times are between 11:00-2:30pm.  We can also provide walks between 2:30pm-4pm upon request.  The timing within the block is based on the work hours of all clients for the day and location.  We will make every effort to keep requested times in mind.

For vacation cat sitting you can request a specific time block if you have a request or book an anytime visit.  Anytime visits are performed between 9am-5pm. We will try to keep your visits at a similar time each day.

Vacation dog visit times are as follows: 7AM-9AM, 2:30PM-5PM, and 7PM-9PM.  We space your AM/PM visits so that there is 12 hours or less depending on whether you choose 2 or 3 visits per day.

Cancellations
We do not charge for cancellations made prior to the start of the time block.  You can request a cancellation by logging into your account and interacting with your schedule.  If your cancellation is 12 hours or less, you will need to call or text Christa at 919-824-2165.  Please give us as much notice as possible.

Refunds
Refunds for paid visits that are cancelled are given in the form of credits for future services unless you request otherwise.

Pet Emergencies
We will make every effort to contact you in the case of an emergency.  Your signed contract will allow us to seek treatment using our best judgment.  It is recommended that you inform your vet that you are using Bones Pet Care and check veterinary payment policy.  There is a fee of $25 an hour, due upon your arrival home, for any emergency trip to the vet.  This is to compensate your sitter for his/her time.

Pet Clean Up
We will make every effort to clean up after your pet.  Please leave out paper towels and cleaning products you want us to use or note their location in your profile.

Sitters and Service
Christa will meet with you at the consultation.  If one of our pet professionals will be providing service, we will invite them to attend consultations as well.  At times our pet professionals are not able to attend the initial consultation.  Christa always attends the first visit with the member of our team that is providing service.  If it is important to you to meet your sitter in person, please let Christa know when you schedule the consultation. All of the members of our small team are caring pet professionals who will take excellent care of your pet.  You will receive emailed notes at the time of the visit with a GPS time stamp so that you can follow along with all the fun your pet is having.

GPS Time Stamps
We are able to GPS stamp in and out at the time of service unless technical difficulties arise.  The GPS marker shows up in the general vicinity of your home.  We promise we are not stamping from your neighbor’s back yard.  Rest assured that we are at your home with your pet when we stamp in and out even if the marker is slightly off.

Privacy Policy
All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with any group or marketing firm.
